These terms apply when you use MuzeCircl. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

The service

MuzeCircl helps you catalogue the clothes you own, get outfit ideas, log what you wear and decide what to let go. It is free to use. We may add, change or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your email address current.

Your content

The photos and details you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can do its job — including sending photos to an AI service that recognises garments. Nothing is visible to other members unless you deliberately share it with your circle. Only upload photos you're entitled to upload.

Fair use

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexual content.
• No scraping, reselling or automated bulk access.
• No attempts to break, overload or probe the service or other members' data.

Outfit suggestions are suggestions

Styling ideas, resale estimates and condition notes are generated automatically and can be wrong. Use your judgement — they're inspiration, not advice.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from your profile at any time; everything is removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

MuzeCircl is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
